[bug] Link doesnt work

The link url in new or same window doesnt work.
This is what I do:

And this is what it shows:

Doesn’t print a “a href” or “onclick function”.
Think this is a bug?

Also the “responsive” option doesn’t work.
This is what it does when I select responsive:
