• Hi,
I’m using the plugin to let the users of my website register for newsletters (mostly email address and one or two choices).

Sometimes it works, but sometimes it doesn’t : when one fills the form and clicks the “send” button the load circles and nothing happens. Neither a message saying that the form was sent, nor a message with a issue, or whatsoever. The user is not redirected where he should be. Actually everything is just as if the form had not been submitted at all, and no data arrives in sendinblue.

    A few things :

    • I have noticed that this bug happens only for visitors. A the very same time the bug is present for a visitor and everything is working fine as a logged in user
    • I can “solve” the bug by purging cache (theme cache, nginx cache) in wordpress, but it keeps reappearing
    • I’ve tried to activate/deactivate plugins such as fast velocity minify, WP3 Total Cache, WP Statistics, All in One SEO and others but I can’t find a pattern. Every time, even with none of these plugins activated, the bug comes back “on its own” after a few hours…

I would really appreciate some help on this,
    Best,
    Adrien

    Hi Adrian,

    Thank you for reaching out!

My name is Valeria, I work as Product manager at Sendinblue

The root cause of the issue is cache, so as the solution we can offer to disable caching on the page you have form. Here is a link how to do it for WP3 Total Cache

If the issue remains, please contact me (valeria@sendinblue.com) or our customer care team

    Have a great day!

    All the best,
    Valeria

    Hi Adrien,

were you able to solve your issue by disabling cache? I’m having the same issues and am wondering if this approach worked for you.

    Thanks
    Marek
