    I have selected the “Auto delete closed tickets” setting. It is deleting the ticket from within Support Candy but for tickets that have attachments, it is leaving the attachments behind in the web server file system. This creates orphan uploads and uses potentially a lot of disk space.

    Please modify the “Auto delete closed tickets” function to also delete attachments

    Thank you for reporting the bug. We will check the issue. If tests confirm this to be a bug, it will be listed for fixing in upcoming versions as a priority.
