    Hi @jishnu2292 ,

What exactly are you experiencing? Do you get any errors? Please share some information regarding your setup in order to identify what the issue could be.

Also, were you running version 8.0.37 prior updating or an older one?

    Thanks for providing this information.

    Two more questions:

Are you running a Multi-site installation of WordPress?
Can you confirm that by disabling the plugin the error goes away?

    Thread Starter jishnu2292

    (@jishnu2292)

    yes, im using Multi-site.
It cant be disabled sing admin panel, becoz its shows error throughout the site. so i removed the plugin folder from wp-content/plugins folder.

Please help to fix it. It was the best plugin I seen.

But there is a problm in the chat box. It is showing some messages like GDPR. Can you please remove it or avoid it.

GDPR compliance is COMPULSORY in Europe and strongly recommended anywhere else. You can disable from settings, but it’s better if you pay attention to privacy related issues.
