    Hi,

I have installed buddydrive several weeks ago. However, there are a few issues which make me confused.
    1. Suppose my users create a folder in their own buddydrive (in their buddypress profile) and upload a few files to to it. As an admin, I need to download them all in my pc to look at them. But, there is no option to download multiple (or all) files and I have to do it one by one (in my Dashboard). Hence, I tried to access them by FTP under root>public_html>WP-content>uploads>buddydrive. However, there is no sub-folder there and all files are listed there with their original name (I don’t know why buddyDrive will change the files’ name!). How can I download those files in folders or a label which indicates the owner user?
In addition, I tried to delete them all upload folder in FTP. I deleted them and deletion was confirmed. But, they are still available in my BuddyDrive in Dashboard area !
    2. Can I define a specific folder or sub-folder that my users can determine which folder or subfolder they can upload? In other word, I create two folders called “Projects” and “Assignments” so that all my users can decide if they want to upload their file in projects or in Assignments folder, and also I can simply download those folders instantly (the same feature that is included in WP fild uploader plugin).
    3. Regarding the time stamp which is mentioned in their topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/date-stamp-on-each-file-upload/,
I’m just interested if it it has been lunched or still is in progress?
    4. Assume I want to insert an upload option in one of my forum in Buddypress so that each user can upload a file there and they all are uploaded in a specific folder in my host. Is it possible with buddyDrive?
I ‘m so grateful in advance. I look forward for a reply.
    Thank you.

    1) Unfortunately, that’s not how BuddyDrive works, the “owner” is purely meta information in the database, not in the filesystem. Because BuddyDrive uses a combination of both WordPress Core and BuddyPress core’s uploading code, deleting them via FTP will delete the files, but not the database entries for those files. I recommend deleting them through the interface, not through FTP.

    2) Unfortunately that is not possible at this time without significant customization of the plugin.

    3) This is still in progress, but should be included in the v2.1 release cycle.

    4) It is possible, but again not without significant custom code. Sorry.
