Break time – Afternoon available time

    Hello,

    I set the working time from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and the break hours from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.. But the first appointment available in the afternoon still remain from 2:30 p.m.. How can I fix it?

    The page is http://carrozzerianovara.com/prenotazioni/ but click in next month because the available days are only in one week of October.

    Hello @federico512,

    Please let me know the duration time of your services?

    I tested this on my site and can’t replicate the same. Would you please, in Appointments > Settings > Working hours, first select a service provider and then set the working hours.

    Let it me know how it goes.

    Hi Nastia,

    The duration time of the service is 60 min. I’ve try to set before the service provider and then the working hours but nothing change, the afternoon start at 2:30 pm, and I need to start it at 3:00p.m..

    Hello @federico512,

    I am afraid this is not possible to change with the Appointments Lite plugin. This issue can be solved with Durations add-on in Appointments > Settings > Add-ons. To use it, you need to upgrade to an Appointments+.

    We offer 14 days trial, you can install and try the plugin directly on your site.
