Could you go to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnect / reconnect to WordPress.com to reset your Jetpack settings?
Before to do so, you will want to go to Settings > General in your dashboard and add a title to your site, as it appears to be missing.

It does help indeed. Do you have any caching plugins active on your site? If so, could you try to disable them, and let me know if it helps?
If you still experience issues, you will want to disable all other plugins, one at a time, and let me know if you find a conflicting plugin.

So, inactivated every plug in we have and also deleted all code for the “hello bar” we had running and still no luck. After that I disconnected from wordpress.com then reconnected, just to see if that might help after inactivating all the plugins, and still no luck. Any other suggestions?
I made a few changes to your Jetpack settings. Could you add the Subscription widget back to your site, and try to subscribe again?
