Blocked countries not working

I checked the logs and your Security Firewall private lists; you added countries to the private block list today. Updating private lists with the cloud takes about 20 minutes. I haven’t seen any new requests from blocked countries. (The reason is that the site is down.)Please check your site and let me know if traffic from the countries you specified has stopped.

Yes, i did add some today. I am however, 100% certain that they were there previously. I also logged a case a few weeks ago for similar reasons. the site is now back but with cdn under attack mode activated

We can see that Panama, Iraq, and Vietnam were added to your blocklist today, followed by several other countries.Your website is now accessible.
We tested it using an IP address from one of the countries currently on your blocklist, and access to the website was blocked as expected.
Thank you. I understand that. My point is that they were previously blacklisted.
According to the change logs, Vietnam, Iraq, and Panama were added to private lists today.

Again. I understand the point you are making. The changelog shows that every single blocked country has been added today because I have redone all of them in an attempt to make sure that they were effective. That doesnt mean that they were not there before.
The changelog records every change to the Personal Lists, including both additions and removals.
It is not possible to add an identical entry if it already exists in the list. In that case, the system displays an error stating that the entry already exists. If an entry is removed, that removal is also recorded in the changelog.
We reviewed the complete Security Firewall changelog for your Personal Lists and found no previous additions or removals for Panama, Iraq, or Vietnam. The log shows that these three countries were added today for the first time.
Filter the change log for entries where the record type is country. the only date on any of them is 3rd August.
@ninjashoes, as an example, we recreated this on a test account by adding and then removing an entry.
If you tried to add an entry that already existed in your Personal List, you would receive the error shown in the screenshot:
If an entry had previously been removed, the changelog would show it as removed, as shown in this screenshot:
Since there are no earlier removals for these countries in your changelog, this means they were not there before and were added for the first time on August 3.
Im sorry I simply dont agree. See below. following your logic you are saying that despite using the service since 2017 the first time that any country was blocked was yesterday? The site would have been over run. There is nothing in the changelog with the record type country that has any date other than yesterday.

I’m sorry, but we don’t have any other data confirming that Panama, Iraq, and Vietnam were previously added to personal blocklists. Since you added these countries yesterday, it seems the blocking is working as it should. Are there any omissions?
