donkarim,
This is currently no t a feature of Rich Reviews, however, has proven to be a common request. We are pushing and update shortly that has a user wall with which you can require users to be logged in before submitting a review, I understand this is not the same type of solution, however, depending on what type of site/service you run, this may work for now. I will make sure to add captcha functionality in an upcoming update.
Thanks,

Hello Charlie,
Thx for the reply and sounds great:)

Sorry for kicking this old thread but what is the status of this issue?
If there is no Captcha that would be a dealbreaker for me because right now my site is having issues with spambots.
Hope to hear soon 🙂
Greetings,
Wilmar
Wilmar,
This has been a concern that has gone unaddressed for some time now, however, I am currently working on implementing an optional captcha. I hope to have this update pushed later today or tomorrow.
Out of curiosity, I am currently just implementing a simple math captcha. However, given the choice, what sort of captcha would you prefer? Image captcha? A simple honeypot?
Thanks,
Charlie Maxwell

Hi Charlie,
Thanks for the response!
I would personally implement the reCaptcha from Google because it is a one time implementation and it should works without any maintenance, in theory at least 😉
Besides that I have no favorite, the only requirement would be that is works and something is always better then nothing.
Looking forward to the update!
Always awesome to see a dev who cares about the users, thanks!
Greetings,
Wilmar
Hello Charlie,
It’s been over a year now. Is there any chance we can still see the ReCaptcha implemented in this great plugin?
Hope to hear from you soon!
