blank screen

Hello,

I had a plugin problem in my one of my WordPress websites and this as affected my other websites!

I have fixed the problem in the 1st one (I can now view and access it) but now I have a blank screen on my second self hosted website which I don’t have FTP access to !!!

How can my 1st WP site (plugin bug) affect the 2nd one ???

I’m puzzled and I have a blank screen for my second one…. How can I access the files if I don’t have FTP for this 2nd site???

All help appreciated…

First, are you running multisite? I don’t think you are, but if you are, stop what you’re doing and re-post at http://wordpress.org/support/forum/multisite#postform

If not, you might have the same plugin problem on the second site, especially if the same plugin updated recently on both sites. You will need either FTP or phpMyAdmin access to reset the plugins: http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F

When I log in, my entire dashboard is blank. Any thoughts?

I don’t have FTP details for my 2nd site – the one with the problem ..!

I will try using phpMyAdmin – what logins I need here??

Your hosting providers can help you with those login details, and while they’re at it maybe they can provide you with a FTP account for that site.
