Blank part bottom page

    Hi,

    I have a problem with the plugin,

    All pages are working perfectly on our website except the contact us page:

    We have a big blank part under the footer. If I turn off your plugin, the blank part disappears…

    Any ideas of what is causing this problem?

    For some reason, on this page the following element is created under the footer.
    it seems to be from “Google Tag Manager For WordPress”

    #iframe-website (width 100% height 800px)

    I reduced the heigh by Css from 800 to 1px

    so the problem is almost sorted out…

    Any ideas why I have got this element on this specific page and disappear if I turn of your plugin?

    Hi Clem,

    GTM4WP does not add any iframes to your website, I am quite sure that this might be something related to a tag inside your GTM container.

    Try this:
    1. open GTM4WP plugin options
    2. enter a fake GTM container ID like GTM-XXXXXX
    3. reload your frontend and check whether this iframe code is gone

    If I am correct, it will be gone meaning that this iframe is created by a tag within your GTM container.

    I opened your website and I can see this error message in console:

    Uncaught ReferenceError: wc_iframe_ypbib is not defined
    at <anonymous>:1:1
    at gtm.js?id=GTM-KR5983:314

    This seems to refer to a tag inside your container that might be related to your issue
