Blank page when non administrator

Hi,
I have Adrotate 3.11.6 installed in my wordpress 4.2.2
– The problem is : all visitors can’t see the website, they see a blank page.
– When i’m connected as admin, the website re-appear with ad, no problem.

What should we do?
