Blank Changelog?

Hello,

Wondering if you can shed some light on why the changelog for this update is blank. ?? Especially since it’s a critical update that is prompting notices …

Can someone please provide the information?

I have too many sites to maintain to just be able to hit upgrade whenever one comes out – since so many can cause issues that need to be ironed out and I need to schedule them, so everything doesn’t blow up at once.
