blacklisted section doesn’t work

On our website I’m trying to exclude a certain playlist with shorts from the displayed youtube videos by putting it’s code (PLsx4w5XRlTWi1VkZLjxRIqeZUZVhqvo2q) in the blacklisted section:

However this doesn’t work, the video shorts in that playlist still show up in the results, what am I doing wrong?
BTW: the website of plugin builders and email address doesn’t work anymore, what’s wrong?
