    I want to change my rating from 2 to 4 (and a half, if it were possible) stars, because by now I have received very helpful support from the MailMunch team and they have made everything work for me, which is great. The response wasn’t extremely quick, but then I am not even a Premium user, and it did not take a very long time either, so all in all I am very happy with the support. The plugin works well now and I’m happy with it. It just so happens that I don’t find the UI very self-explanatory, there are fields I would never have found on my own if it weren’t for the screenshots I got from the nice support lady. And I’d still like some kind of ping function to see if the integration with MailChimp really does work, or where exactly it does not. Or having a place where I can always see that I have indeed once successfully connected my forms to a specific MailChimp account, and to which. Just having to hope and wait if it will work still leaves me with a slight feeling of not being in full control. Except for that, I’m happy now!

    Hi Sonja, A reply to your support request has been sent. The issue was not with the fields. You added the fields correctly as I suggested but the field was not mapped which caused an additional error. I have resolved that as well and re synced the entry successfully.
