Bids not showing

    Hello

    Trying to implement this auction for just this one item. I have test bid and they show in the admin – manage auctions. The two test individuals have received emails and so have I as administrator but the bids are not showing up on the auction page. I have cleared cache and refreshed page but still no luck. Also, I have set bid increments to 250.00 but nowhere does that show the bidder that’s what they have to be. Sorry for two questions.

    Hi @hummer59 ,

    Thanks for using our plugin and writing to us.

    I saw your auction page.

    I have captured screenshot of your page and highlighted the portions which shows “Total number of bids” and their details. Also, the price suggestion below “place bid” field suggests what the user have to bid. They can figure out the increment if they see the amount of last bid.

    Thanks for your reply. However, the only way I could get the bids to properly list was to add the Force Refresh plugin in WP. Before that, I tried everything from clearing out the browser cache etc. The problem was consistent across OS devices. It’s seems to work okay…but it’s hard to tell.
