basic guide to pdf generation and email it

Hello,
I have a big form done with WPCF7.
I’m trying to generate a dynamic PDF with the fields hooking wpcf7.

add_action("wpcf7_before_send_mail", "wpcf7_generate_pdf");

So now my intention is create a 3rd part which receives the data and generate the pdf and email it to the client.

Can anyone give me some basic instructions to proceed?
