• Heads up – when a site is migrated (e.g., from a test site), the baseurl value is retained in the database copy (of course) but the options page only shows the possibilities for the current site, which means it does not show the value that is actually being used in the migrated database. You have to click ‘Save Changes’ (though nothing was apparently changed) to get the baseurl updated in the database. Without this step, the document links will all point back to the test site after a migration. Not a big deal, but also not obvious until you notice that your documents are all linking to the test site.

    Thanks, yes. I’m aware of this. I clone sites with file away installations every week. First thing I do after cloning the site is going into File Away settings and hit save.
