Bad Link in Slider

    At the upgrade, the plugin was disabled. I fixed that, but in my main page slider, glossary terms are appearing like

    As the seclaw.com/glossary/sec/” class=”glossaryLink” data-cmtooltip=”SEC

    Rather than SEC with a hyperlink.

    In the post itself everything is fine, it is just in the excerpt in the main page slider.

    Sliders are sometimes tricky to parse when they’re using non-standard HTML tags mixed with scripts to work. Usually it’s best to wrap the slider with the [glossary_exclude] shortcode.

    Thanks, can someone explain how to do that? BTW, and it doesn’t matter, but didn’t have this issue with the older version of the glossary plugin.

    The new version is a new build of the plugin with a new parser so we can not compare the two

    What you describe usually comes when the HTML is not tidy therefor the parser does not work well

    We have suggested to wrap the section in which you have the issue and therefor avoid parsing completely with the [glossary_exclude] shortcode
