I spent more than 2 weeks waiting for their support. I share with them all the info required and never got resolved the issue. I decided to test another plugin that really works.

Thanks for your review and our apologies for the late replies. However as you could have seen here our support team that helps users for free (like you) is on holidays and therefor a bit slower in reporting back than normal.
