    The paid for version does not work without asking for support – avoid it if you want to get your downloads working fast choose another system.

    Refund is denied if you don’t have 7 days available to fix the issue. So if you want a working solution fast – go elsewhere!

    Regardless of it is a paid or free version, fixing bugs in a complex environment is hard. When users expect us to answer and fix any issue within 3 hours max (this is what this user expected) it is impossible. We fix and answer all support tickets both on WordPress.org and those sent to use directly but in both cases it takes time to find the source of problem and fix them.
    Most users don’t understand how complex and challenging WP environments are since they have multiple plugins and themes which sometimes are not very well written, this create a bug challenge in addressing all issues and locating the source of the problem.
    So my short answer it All our plugins works, we stand behind them, provide a good service but it takes time to handle all issues and locate the source of the problem.
