    Hi Guys,

    We have an ACF for availability date of backorder products, which outputs in the format Google requires ‘Y-m-d\TH:i’, but the feed plugin appears to be reformatting the value to dd/mm/yyyy which is invalid for Google Product Feeds. How can we prevent this reformatting?

    Thanks,

    Jon

    Hi @jonb1987 ,

    I just tested the availability date mapping with +1 weeks and it’s following the correct format of yyyy-mm-dd

    You did mention that you are using custom fields for this? Have you tried mapping it with our plugin’s mappable fields?

    Also go to Admin Dashboard > settings > general and double check your date formats.

    Hi Jeff,

    As stated, the availability date needs to pull from a custom field which returns the value in the format required for google (Y-m-d\TH:i);

    I have checked the date settings in WordPress, and these are formatted the same as the ACF field. It is only the feed plugin that is reformatting them into the incorrect dd/mm/yyyy format;

    What do we need to do to prevent the plugin from incorrectly reformatting dates from ACF fields?
