1. You might want to use a WP-Cron plugin to check whether the cron job is actually there.
2. Check the logs to see if there is any error.
3. Check to see the manual backup to see if it works.
manual backup & restore is working fine but Automatic Scheduling ” 0 Backups “.
Then you might want to check 1 and 2. That should give you more details (especially) two. Besides that, I am not sure what else you do.

You have to contact your host. I will not know where the log file is located as it differs from host to host.
