Automatic excerpt not working

    Hi,
    In the content area for my slider view, I tried to pick “automatic excerpt” but it won’t work : the full testimony is still displayed.
    For now, I used the manual excerpt, which is working perfectly, but this isn’t practical since it requires me to add an excerpt everytime I receive a testimony : is there something I’ve missed ?

    Thank you for reaching out to us!
    I tried to replicate this issue unfortunately it works as it should on my end.
    Can you please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
    After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user. Your visitors will see the normal website.

    Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate Strong Testimonials and see if the automatic excerpt works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Nineteen for example) and no other plugins.
