    To Whom it may concern. I am having the same issue as JL Rutland and our volunteers are not receiving the sign up, confirmation email. I contacted the provider and they told us to get in contact with you. I was just wondering how we can resolve this issue.

    I’m sorry you’re running into email issues @foreveraviking. This can definitely be caused by a number of different factors, so the best approach is to start by narrowing down the cause. Would you mind installing the Email Log plugin first? Then I’d recommend testing a volunteer sign up. After the test, take a look at the email logs to see if the email was attempted.
