• WPML charged me an automatic renewal with zero notice. No email warning before the charge, no invoice sent after. I only found out by checking my account myself. The license is not even in use anymore since my site no longer runs WPML. Asked for a refund and got pushback. This kind of silent auto-billing is not acceptable for a paid plugin. Be careful and check your renewal settings if you use this.

    We refunded your payment yesterday and followed up on your concerns by email. Our renewal process is designed to be transparent: we send three notifications ahead of each renewal from purchases@wpml.org, though in this case it’s possible our message was caught by a spam filter.
