Authorize button does not work

    Hello,

    On the plugin’s settings page under the LinkedIn tab, clicking the AUTHORIZE button opens a popup with the following message…

    This site can’t provide a secure connection
    authorize.smapsolutions.com sent an invalid response.
    ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

    We tested the authorization flow on our end and it’s working correctly, and we haven’t received similar reports so far. This suggests the issue may be specific to your environment.

    Could you please try the following and let us know the results?

    1. Open this URL directly in your browser:
      https://authorize.smapsolutions.com/
    2. Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
    3. Try a different network (for example, mobile hotspot instead of Wi-Fi)
    4. Temporarily disable any antivirus or browser extensions (especially ad blockers or privacy tools)
    5. Check if your system date and time are correct

    This will help us identify whether the issue is caused by network/security restrictions on your side.
