Author profile/edit links showing up

After this last update the “Edit Profile” link and “settings” link appear in the authorbox for all logged in users not just admins. I have a customer role for restricted content and they are seeing the links (even if the access is restricted)
I’m going to hide the links with CSS but this probably shouldn’t be happening.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
