Attendee Information Missing

    Hi

    I am using the latest version. Brilliant stuff until tragedy struck. Horror of horrors.. an event which we had about 86 ppl registered for suddenly all info went missing. checked the cpanel backend, information in the tables pertaining to question still there, only attendee information all gone. sigh. I have a feeling it may have been acidentally deleted by the admin assigned to manage the event. Any application related logs I can check?

    HELP!! We are having the same problem. Attendees that showed up 2 weeks ago are now missing. We have an event coming up quickly and we don’t know who has registered! Some have been saved, but even some new registrations aren’t showing up.

    Also, the custom confirmation email I had set up seems to be blank. There doesn’t appear to be a way to get the text back! This is disaster, please please please help us!

    Custom confirmation email is all set. I was looking at the wrong screen.

    Attendee problem still exists!!
