As admin, you can edit the images attached in a post from backend. By edit, I mean you can upload a new image instead of the user’s image.
However, the only way to do it is from WP-admin > Posts section i.e by editing the post from the backend.

Hello! I mean the images that are attached to the article. They are not visible in the admin panel
