    Hi,

    when assigning a ticket to someone else in the team, I can’t see this ticket anymore in my user-account. Any idea? As far as I remember, a few weeks ago, assigned tickets were still listed in my ticket view.
    Status: “Support Agent”, Our Administrator can see all the tickets after assigning them to someone else.

    please help!

    Hi there,

    It depends on your current login role. If you are Support Agent, obviously when you assign it to someone else, it will not be shown in your list. You can use Support Supervisor role, then you’ll able to see ticket list as admins do.
