Hi – I am not sure what you mean by ‘assign an agent to a product’. Do you mean that if a ticket contains a particular product it always gets assigned to the same agent? If so, please check out this add-on: https://getawesomesupport.com/addons/smart-agent-assignment/

Hi. I currently have a support agent. I need another agent to solve problems of a different topic. an agent would be in charge of one type of products and the other of others. When a customer buys a product, the agent in charge of that product is assigned. I do not know if I explain myself. I dont know English. thank you very much for your attention
Hi – I think you’re talking about the smart-agent add-on that I linked to in the prior reply above. With that add-on you can assign agents to particular products. When the user submits a ticket and chooses a product on the support form it will be routed only to agents assigned to those products.

In addition, that I have not commented before, would be for woocommerce products, because I have the payment tickets.
It would simply be assign agent by product, nothing more.
This seems very simple.
