    Hi Sorry,

    i just notice in the site i manage which installed with Solid security plugin it shows an error table itsec_lockouts not found. is there anyway i can just regenerate the table ? if not and need to reinstall plugin is there anyway to keep the 2fa existing which users already have & other settings ?

    The plugin version which i use is 9.3.1 free version of Solid security plugin

    Hi @brmryd, glad you reached out!

    If you have access to phpMyAdmin, can you please check your database to see if the itsec_lockouts table is there? Deactivating and reactivating the plugin should help recreate the Solid Security tables once it checks that it’s not there.

    The user’s Solid Security 2FA settings are typically stored in the database, so they should be retained through reinstallation. Still, I’d recommend backing up your database before reinstalling as a preventive measure. If the 2FA settings aren’t intact afterward, the user will need to reconfigure them.
