Archive page doesnt work

    1. i create custom post type and name testing-feed
    2. i create taxonomy for custom post type #1 and name testing-feed-cat
    3. i create archive-testing-feed-cat.php in activate theme.

    however when i access url /testing-feed-cat and /testing-feed they dont work event i set Hierarchical = true and Has Archive = true
