That is quite weird – but if the email is send that might suggest that clients are deleting appointments. Do you allow in setting for users to cancel appointments? Or this was the test appointment that was removed.
Can you tell me how much time was between creation of the appointment and deletion? It was instantly?
If that was done very quickly can you perform plugin conflict test to see if other plugin is not interfering with work of Appointments?
What is plugin version you have on your site right now?

At this moment we have two users with this problem

[17.03.2017 21:27] Confirmation message sent to user1 for appointment ID:7163
[23.03.2017 21:16] Removal message sent to user1 for appointment ID:7163
[17.03.2017 21:27] Confirmation message sent to user1 for appointment ID:7162
[24.03.2017 10:00] Removal message sent to user1 for appointment ID:7162
For all he have 7 appointments. Two are still alive. We will check today how they go.
Plugin version 2.0.3
In setting for users to cancel appointments set to YES. But canceling page is only for administrators. User1 cant visit this page.

Please update the plugin to the latest version wich is 2.0.3 which has all the latest bugs fixed.
Have you added any custom coded cancellation link on your page? If you do, please remove it and see if the appointments cancellation will stop.

After week+ monitoring we find the reason.
If administrator change status to REMOVED via SEE DETAILS AND EDIT – its imposible to see who did it.
Via console its fine
So plugin works perfect.
Its a problem in logging.

Could you please elaborate this a bit more as I’m not sure that I understand what happened.
Did one of your other admins change the status of your appointments but you had no way of seeing who?

its 2 ways to change appointments status.
-bulk status change (in logs: “Removal message sent to xxx for appointment ID:xxx
Status of Appointment(s) with id(s):xxx changed to removed by user:xxx
-see detail and edit(NO ACC NAME IN LOG FILE only “Removal message sent to xxx for appointment ID:xxx)
So cant control who delete an appointment in second way.
Will be great to fix it )

Thanks for the additional info, I can see that “See detail and edit” doesn’t catch in log indeed and I have reported this to our developers so they can change it in future.
