Hello, is there any instability with payment via apple pay? The button doesn’t appear in my checkout, I’ve tried to configure everything, I’ve already added the domain to Stripe, I’ve seen the SSL, I’ve already activated the button in the payment settings and nothing…

Note: I contacted Masterstudy and the LMS theme, they both told me that the problem is in the Paid Membership Pro plugin

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @joaopaulor ,

I’m sorry this is not working for your site. You never said, is Google pay working? or are both not appearing?

If both are an issue I would confirm that your Masterstudy theme does not copy our checkout page. This can cause issue as if it’s copied an modified it would not get the updates we add to keep the checkout working with new features like this. (you would find a paid-memberships-pro folder in your active themes folder.

Here is a guide for installing and troubleshooting issues with Apple/Google pay. https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/gateway/stripe/apple-pay-google-pay-payment-options-membership-checkout/

I hope this is helpful in finding the problem.

Google Pay and Apple Pay do not work.

We thought it was a problem with the Masterstudy theme, but we did a test by deactivating the theme and installing another one, and the Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons still didn’t work…

We have also looked at the material in the link provided and it has not resolved either…

    Hello,

This looks very much like a custom checkout page. I know you said you changed to another theme, can you tell me which is was? We recommend twenty twenty.

Our developer observed this js error

[Warning] It looks like Stripe.js was loaded more than one time. Please only load it once per page. (v3, line 1)

It’s possible another plugin is trying to insert this .js again and it’ breaking the functionality.

Have you tried disabling all plugging but PMPro? Unfortunately, this is a site-specific issue, and we have not been able to recreate it on our test sites.

Just to add to this, please note that the REST API needs to be available for these payment methods to work and as Kim mentioned, any duplicate Javascript libraries or Javascript errors may be interfering here.

Because there have not been any recent updates to this topic, we will be changing the status to resolved. If you have any new questions or if your issue persists, please feel free to create a new topic.
