Appalling support – still awaiting refund

    DO NOT BUY THIS !!

    I logged a support issue several weeks ago, still no response despite several chasing requests to help.

    I then requested my money back from their ‘100% MoneyBack guarantee’ – no response to this either. That was 4 weeks ago, and chased several times.

    I guess I won’t get my money back. It really is fraudulent.

    Suggest you don’t buy this product.

    Did you file a complaint with PayPal?
