Good Product: ZERO support

The paid for version works as advertised. However, zero support. Want to re-download your purchase? Nope. Want to ask a technical question: forget it.

Avoid this plugin like the plague.

No support, no response, unethical business

I tried to give this plugin a fair shot and sent multiple tickets to support. No response. If you try to configure your document, child menus end up flipped upside-down. The PDF function doesn’t work, either. I’ve been trying to contact Sanjeev Mishra and his “marketing firm” Staenz for a refund and have received no reply. Please don’t bother with this plugin/developer.

No support at all

I’ve downloaded this plugin to test it and to buy the pro version later. The plugin works, no doubt, but there’s absolutely no support at all. I’ve sent two emails to the developer, the first one asking a question about translation and the second one to bump the first one.

None of them has never received a reply.

So I’ll surely won’t buy the pro version and instead I’ll buy another similar plugin found on codecanyon where the developer replied very fast.

I’m asking myself where’s the meaning to create a free version of a plugin and never give any support hoping that someone will buy the pro version. If I don’t receive any support at all for the free version, and this isn’t written anywhere, why I should buy the pro one with the risk that the developer will not give me any support also for this version?

If you check the support forum here you’ll see for yourself…

Don’t download this plugin.

No support and plugin breaks site

I’ve spent weeks trying to get in touch with these people only to be completely ignored. After working fine all of a sudden this plugin has crashed my site and now the months of hard work building a knowledge base it’s now useless.

Don’t buy this plugin unless you don’t want any support and you want to waste loads of your time creating something that will stop working for no reason.

Shady Shady People – Don’t Buy!

These asshats are using my photo, name and a fake quote from me as a testimonial for their crappy plugin. That is next level shady. Consider yourself warned. Now it’s up to you if you want to pay money to lying sacks of cow manure in order to obtain total junk. Also, if you’re the kind of people who just blatantly make up testimonials because you can’t get anyone to say anything good about your effed up plugin, maybe you should just wake up and realize you suck. This road isn’t going to get better for you. You’re living in denial that your work is going to ever turn into anything useful, as you run from one shit storm of your own creation to another. Just accept it and consider another line of work. The world doesn’t need more morally bankrupt basement dwellers pretending to be legit programmers. We’ve got enough already. And if you’re reading this you Documentor fraud bros – take my photo and name and make believe statements OFF your website. – Tracey Halvorsen
