Hello @smexit
Hope all is well!
I could not reproduce the same issue on my end.
After submitting Client ID and Client Secret Google requesting an access code to authorize API. Please make sure that the API code is generated with the same Gmail Account as the Project on the Google Developer Console Projects.
Make sure that you click on Generate your access code to get the access code. Are there any errors showing up after code authorization?

If the authorization fails, please reset the settings and create a new project and generate new Client ID and Secret codes, following the instructions from the settings page

Please let me know how it went!
Kind regards,
Nastia

Hi
Its the same account but I probably need to reset it. Where do I do that? I can’t find any reset link. Do I need to uninstall the plugin?

Hi again.
Ok, so I got further on the third try. Now I get “There was an error loading your calendars.”
Any suggestions on how to move further from here?
Thanks!

Hello @smexit
Hope you are well today!
This error means that the Google Project wasn’t created right or there is a conflict with another plugin. Would you please try deactivating all other plugins to ensure none of them stopping Appointments+ from pulling in the calendars?
If that doesn’t work, please go to Google Project page, select a project that you’ve created, go to Library and make usre that Calendar API is enabled

Then load the Credentials and please try to recreate them one more time. MAke sure to select Application Type as other. Please see screenshot below:

Let me know how it went!
Kind regards,
