Somehow since this week, when a customer enters our website for the first time, they get the chat-box opened right away with ‘Thanks for stopping by….’. Is this a new behavior we need to config somewhere, since this was not happening before?
Also, the responses of the chat seems quite some slower this week, the asynchronous load takes about 8+ seconds now, where is was about 2+ seconds before. And, sometimes navigating to other pages of the customer results in loss of the chat session, but we can’t pin this one, since this problem happens quite randomly.
