You should see the Analytics section in your sidebar like this:

If you can’t see it, to further check into this, kindly provide us the following:

Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, paste in here your response.
Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

It’s not about DATA not showing. As I said in my first post: The whole section is missing. I simply have no item “Analytics” in my dashboard sidebar.

That is indeed strange! Please can you share a screenshot that shows the problem? You can upload the screenshot to your media library and share the link with us, or you can use a service like https://snipboard.io to share the image file.

Also, can you please let us know what other abnormalities you find on the back end or front end of your store?

Sure, here’s the screenshot.

There are absolutely no other abnormalities. Everything works fine. I cleared, of course, the cache, and I deactivated the child theme. No luck! Have never ever seen this before. JS console is not showing any errors.

Thanks for sharing that screenshot with us. Just to ensure that this isn’t due to a conflict, could you try disabling all extensions besides WooCommerce and also enable the StoreFront Theme? Once that is done, could you please recheck if the issue persists.

You are welcome to test this out on a staging site using a plugin like WP Staging.

Deactivated all plugins but Woocommerce and changed to Storefront. No luck, the issue perists.

While we further investigate the issue here, I could notice that WordPress Cron is not enabled on your WordPress setup.

Can you please contact your host and let them know? By default, WP-Cron should be enabled as WooCommerce Analytics relies on it for running scheduled jobs.

wp-cron.php is called externally every 5 minutes. I enabled the standard WP-Cron. As exspected, this doesn’t change anything.

Hi again,

We are unable to replicate the issue on our test sites, so we can’t figure out what might be causing this strange behavior.

It would appear to be isolated to your installation and frankly, I’m running out of ideas. This is probably what you could do as next steps:

– Delete the woocommerce folder under the wp-content/plugins directory and upload a fresh copy via FTP;
– Re-install WordPress as the core files somehow may have been corrupted;
– Contact your hosting company to check if something is preventing Analytics from being displayed in the WordPress dashboard;

As usual, before doing any changes you should always ensure that you have a backup of your site and database in case anything goes wrong. More info at Backing up WordPress content.

Uploaded fresh files for Woocommerce and WordPress. No luck.

In the former “Reports” sections is a message shown that this section was replaced in Woo 4.0. The message contains a link to the new “Analytics” sections. This page is simply empty. Not only is the data missing. Apart from the top bar and the sidebar, there is no HTML at all. Javascript console is not showing any errors or warnings.

Thanks for the update.

Have you already reached out to your host as earlier suggested? Your host’s support folks should be able to check the server logs which may reveal more information about what might be causing this.
