Analytics not populating on site kit

Since the 4th of July the analytics data for visitors hasn’t been populating on my site kit dashboard, even after disconnecting and reconnecting

Hi @gbprachairman thanks for getting in touch. If you are using a UA property and viewing the UA Dashboard in Site Kit then this would be due to UA properties no longer collecting data.
To continue to collect data you will need to connect a GA4 property. If you are already using a GA4 property and are viewing the GA4 Dashboard, could you please try switching the Dashboard View from your Analytics settings to UA and back to GA4 to see if this makes any difference to what you see in the Dashboard?
I don’t seem to have the option to change the view
@gbprachairman Can I ask if you are running on the latest version of the Site Kit plugin? If not then can you please update to the latest version and check the Dashboard and settings once more.

analytics_4_use_snippet: yes@gbprachairman Thanks for sharing the information. Could I please ask you to try and stop Site Kit placing the UA property from your Site Kit Analytics settings screen. Once done, do you see any change on your Site Kit Dashboard?
If this remains the same, please can you try performing a Site Kit reset. Please be aware as noted in this guide that resetting Site Kit disconnects all users and removes all Site Kit settings, Dashboard Sharing settings and data within WordPress. After resetting, other administrators will need to go through the setup process again. Any users that have access to a view only dashboard will lose access to them.
Once you have performed the reset, please set up Site Kit once more, connecting your Analytics. Once this has been done could you confirm what you now see on the Dashboard?
I already tried stopping it from placing UA
I will try a reset
Tried a reset, no change. Uninstalled the plugin and then reinstalled it making sure not to click on place UA code. No change.
@gbprachairman Thanks for trying the previous steps. Could I please check with you who your hosting provider is for your website?
Can I also ask you to try clearing your website and browser cache if you haven’t already done this. After doing this, do you see any difference in your Site Kit Analytics settings or the Dashboard?
We use LCN. I’ve reset the cache. No change

@gbprachairman Thank you for your patience while I checked this with the team. We have performed something on our side so could I please ask you to check your Site Kit Analytics once more including your settings to see if you now have the Dashboard option as well as data in your Dashboard?
If you see no difference then could I also ask you to temporarily disable the Libsyn Publisher Hub plugin and let me know once more and we can run another command that may help with this.
