    Hi everyone!

My media host is a S3 Amazon AWS bucket. I set the permissions as “public” and everything is working apart from one thing.
I have two players on each post: one created by Powerpress, it is working perfectly. The second one by Amazon: it’s there but it doesn’t play (it’s the second one).
If I de activate the Powerpress one I will have the Amazon one only but not working.
I donno know how to get rid of the amazon one.
If you open the amazon link to the media on a separate browser it will work perfectly.
This is also working great on Spotify, Google and Stitcher.

Do you know how to eliminate the player that is not playing?
Thanks a lot for your help!

The non-working player looks like it might be a broken implementation of the WordPress audio shortcode. Are you using this shortcode in your posts or on your site?:

Does your WordPress theme include some sort of “podcast” or media-player function? You can easily test this by temporarily switching to a default theme like the 2017 theme. If the broken players disappear after changing the theme, then you know the problem is with your theme, and you should contact the theme developer for support.
