The plugin is very intuitive and easy to use if you understand WordPress field mapping.

I had a few issues due to additional plugins writing to the database in a different way than how this plugin expected, but the developers jumped on a video call with me and I was able to explain the issue to them and we were able to get a solution right on the call!

I’m very impressed by this type of service, especially when I haven’t paid anything for the plugin yet. They were even willing to offer basic customizations to fit my needs if the plugin didn’t work as expected for my site. I understand the time commitment this approach costs and greatly appreciate it and wish more plugin developers were willing to do the same.
