Alphanumeric characters on folder name

Hi there,

I’m having some trouble with folder names. I need to add # or | to the name and as soon as i do it the folder does not open anymore.
I tried the “-” as well that works ok but then the “-” becomes hidden after refresh.

Can you please help?
