All Orders Based By Date Are Not Importing

I have two sites: one on Staging and one on Live. I’m trying to use the plugin to export Orders from the Live site and import into the Staging. Using the Advanced Export method and filtering by specific dates (April 25-30) to export Orders created on April 29 (i.e., just ONE order; yes, it is a Completed order) with these settings:

Exclude Line Items: No
Export line items in: Separate columns
Export file name: <default>
Export in batches of: 30 (there is only one order, btw)
Delimiter: Comma

Importing method:
Advanced import
Attached file
Delimiter: Comma
Map import columns: all are fine
If order exists: Skip
Link order items using: Product ID
Update stock details: Enable
Import in batches of: 10 (again, there is only one order)

Result:
Order with same ID already exists. ID: 16559

The result is incorrect: On the staging site, Order ID 16565 does not exist. Therefore, how am I to get the missing Order migrated if I keep hitting this brick wall?

I have six other orders that I need to migrate. Just trying ONE already is a problem.
