Alert! Site May Be Under Attack

I received an email alert from JetPack at 8pm that I had a malicious signature on my site which could potentially exploit my site. For me that set off an alarm. So I took my time and read through the documentation on my site and their email to see what I needed to do.
You don’t want to panic but you don’t want something lurking in the background of site either that could potentially destroy your hard work either. Long story short, JetPack ensured I had plenty communication. They responded to my questions and keep me up to date about what they were doing on their end to fix the problem. I felt they cared and were definitely putting in the effort to resolve things. I am so happy with my experience and feel that they are just not HAPPY ENGINEERS, Happy human beings helping another human being in distress. I have enjoyed working with them and will continue to use their platform.
