After successful login (a second attempted login gave the message “You are already logged in as (USERNAME)”) the member saw only a link to “Members’ Intro” instead of 5 navigation links available to members only. On trying to go to “Members’ Intro” she got a message saying “Protected Content . . . only available to members. Sorry.” So she is unable even to see, much less access, a “Posts” link, which is he whole point of her paid membership. As administrator, I am having no problem with the nav links, but if other new users also have the same problem, then I am being blocked from having a workable site. Yet for some new users that I know about EVERYTHING WORKS OK. I don’t think disabling other plugins is going to be the answer. The site, rhtpoetry.com, is online and is supposedly in working condition right now. Can you offer any help?

    Hello @rhthompson

I hope you are doing well!

I can’t replicate the same on my installation.Members can access protected menus with no issue. Would you please make sure that the Membership’s protection rules are set up correctly?

Please let me know what payment gateway you are using? Also would you please check the billing status of members which can’t access protected content?

Go to Membership 2 > Billing, to check member’s billing status

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
