After installation Category Archive not working

I have recently installed the latest version of All In One SEO Pack. Keeping all the settings to default I have saved few basis settings. But, I notice that as soon as activate the plugin, my Category menu stops working completely.

This is the biggest show-stopper for me as I have this in my main menu as well.

Unfortunately I had to deactivate the plugin and my categories have started working again.

Though I have pasted the link, where I need help, but because this is my live site, my plug-in is disabled. So you will not be able to see the issue.

Please let me know if you require any additional information in this regard. A quick help will be greatly appreciated, as I really need to use this plugin.
