    We use WooCommerce with Shippit live shipping rates.

    We require:

    • Free Shipping only when the cart contains products from Category X and the order exceeds $200.
    • Industrial categories must never qualify.
    • Shippit live rates must remain available.
    • Rules must apply correctly on the first checkout page load, before the customer changes their address.

    Can you confirm your plugin supports this configuration? If so, is this a supported configuration or merely expected behaviour?

    Could you please confirm if you’re referring to the Shippit for WooCommerce (shippit-simplified-australia-shipping) plugin?

    If so, do you mean that the Shippit shipping methods and their live rates should remain available even after applying shipping rules using our plugin?
